Request account deletion

Use this form to ask us to delete your Just Talk! Live Chat account and the data associated with it.

What happens next

1. Enter the email address you use to sign in, and submit the form.
2. We review the request and email you at that address to confirm it is really you.
3. Once you confirm, we disable sign-in and delete your account.

Requests are handled within 30 days of your confirmation.

What gets deleted — your account record and sign-in identity (your email address), and the usage records linked to it.

What we never stored — your conversations. Audio, transcripts and translations are processed in real time and discarded. There is no conversation history to delete.

What we keep — payment and invoice records, where we are required to retain them for tax and accounting purposes.
